A proud Ibayjanon from Brgy Naisud, Ibajay, Aklan. A graduate from Joselito Alba Vocational and Technical School taking up Hotel and Restaurant Management. After graduation he worked at Gooodah!!! Restaurant as Waiter and a Cook for almost 8 months and for 3 months at Smoke Resto.
Chef Rogel’s experience was molded by the Discovery Shores Boracay where he worked as Steward, Butchery, Grill man and line cook eventually. He worked for Discovery for 8 years.
Now, Chef Rogel is a proud member of 7Stones Boracay Suites. With the Resorts constant training he was able to showcase his passion in cooking by presenting a line of dish for the weekly specials. In 7Stones, all employees is treated like students. Like they are having their Masters or doctorate degree, a big thanks to Sous Chef Ryan Paul Ramiso who tirelessly motivate all his warriors to keep going, to show more and be creative.
